Unboxing Video Requirement
- A clear, continuous, unedited video is required from the moment the package is opened until the item is fully shown.
- Without the video, we may not be able to process any return or replacement.
Accepted Reasons for Return/Replacement
- Only damaged, defective, or wrong items received are eligible.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and untampered.
- Damage caused by mishandling after receipt is not eligible.
Size Exchange
- Size exchanges are allowed if the requested size is available.
- The item must be in brand-new condition with tags and packaging intact.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
- Customers must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Reports made beyond this period may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- Customers shoulder the shipping fee when sending items back for return or exchange.
- Customers also shoulder the shipping fee for sending the replacement item.
- For wrong item shipments caused by our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used, washed, worn, or altered items
- Items without complete packaging
- Clearance, sale, or promo items (unless damaged on arrival)
Refunds
- Refunds may be issued only if the item is no longer available for replacement.
- Refund method will follow the original payment method whenever possible.
