POLICY

We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely nationwide. Please read the details below to know how your shipment will be handled.

Courier Options

• J&T Express for all nationwide cashless deliveries
• LBC for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) and Cash-on-Pickup (COP) through selected branches
• For Baguio City customers, we use designated drop-off points and Grab delivery (availability may vary by location)

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order and delivery address.

Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout and included in the total amount.

Delivery Timeframes

• Outside Baguio: 5 to 7 days
• Within Baguio: 2 to 3 days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier load, weather, or unexpected delays.

Multiple Items

You may order multiple items at once. They will be packed together whenever possible to reduce shipping fees.

Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are shipped (depending on the courier used).

Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels once dispatched.

Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If the courier returns the parcel to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed COD, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will need to pay the reshipping fee.
